7. Define the process and the documentation needed for the implementation

9. Combine the QMS as an actual manual

10. Notify ISO about our intent, and ambition to obtain the certification and submit the necessary payment(s)

11. Coordinate and conduct an external audit by an independent, neutral body confirms that requirements of international standards. Rectify the auditor's findings and address all the comment

Internal and external audits are part of the certification process. The auditors check conformity with specific standards or requirements, usually at the client's physical location. In some cases, certification can also be partially carried out, replaced, or supplemented remotely (not on-site).
